SAVI Trading Company
Savi Trading is a member of the Savi Global Investors (SGI) group. SGI formed Savi Trading as a means to recruit and develop trading talent on an ongoing basis around the world creating a global trading organization that continuously evolves through new ideas and concepts. Part of SGI’s philosophy is to provide opportunities for people through investment and education, which was one of the drivers behind the formation of Savi Trading and also the creation of Savi Financial College. The college has trained many people to learn the art of trading from novice to professional levels. After taking the courses, one can expect to have accomplished the skills and mindset required to become a successful trader. The emphasis during the courses is to combine the theoretical knowledge learnt with the practical side of trading, making the courses interactive and more beneficial to the candidate, as the theory learnt put into practice.

Sachin Shah
Sachin is a senior trader and mentor. Prior to starting Savi, he was a Vice President on the currency trading desk at a major US investment bank. He worked there for the past 6 years where he was responsible for trading the Japanese Yen book, which was one of the largest on the desk, and was seen as being one of the biggest players in the London currency market. He studied at University College London where he has a degree in Statistics and Economics.

Vishal Dattani
Vishal is a senior trader and mentor. He helps with the training and development of traders at Savi Trading. He started his career as a trader at a hedge fund where he used to trade the fixed income markets, before trading at large proprietary firms in both London and New York. He concentrated mainly on the futures side and holds a EUREX qualification. He studied at University College London, where he obtained a degree in Chemistry with Management.

David Watts
David joined Savi Trading at the start of 2010 as a professional trader who also aids the mentoring team in nurturing and training new talent. He comes to the firm with 23 years of trading experience, spending 18 years trading Foreign Exchange at Deutsche Bank, one of the market leaders in the FX markets. Being a veteran in the market, David has trained many graduates during his career, and it is this invaluable experience and knowledge that he brings to the trainees on the programme.

中國人民大學(xué) 方同學(xué)
參加完倫敦外匯交易員長期實習(xí)，就把自己實際接觸的工作記錄下來，與后來的校友分享一下。我參加的是一個月的項目，在這一個月里，的確收獲良多，詳見下文：
一個月的實習(xí)期中，第一周為系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)，Savi的培訓(xùn)體系是比較完善的，這一周學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容也比較多。Boss 會讓我們重點看在線課程，一共有十幾個在線課程需要學(xué)習(xí)，涵蓋了基本面分析、技術(shù)面分析、認(rèn)識不同交易平臺、風(fēng)險控制、投資心理以及投資策略等等，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)這些課程需要三四天時間，boss 會指導(dǎo)我們邊學(xué)習(xí)課程邊進(jìn)行模擬操盤，買賣交易。當(dāng)時我們接受了 Level one 的培訓(xùn)，內(nèi)容和深度逐漸加深，簡單給你介紹下大致內(nèi)容：
You will complete the Level 1 Course at the start of the month. This course is vital in providing an excellent foundation and will teach you how to apply fundamental and technical analysis to the market whilst applying risk management and psychology. You will also be taught trading strategies to get you started immediately.
Upon completion of the course, you will be taught by our mentoring team which is made up of professional traders, how to apply the theory to the real markets. You will have unlimited access during the month to the mentoring room, where you will get mentored in real-time between the hours of 7am and 8pm (London Time). You will also have access to the Savi Trading weekly webinars.
我覺得進(jìn)過這一階段的培訓(xùn)后，對整個交易市場會有較好的宏觀把握，也習(xí)得了不少交易策略和市場分析的技巧。其實現(xiàn)在學(xué)金融的學(xué)生很多，但是大部分即使海外留學(xué)歸來的學(xué)生并不具備真正的金融實操技能，對金融市場也沒有太深的概念，因此很多海歸回國也就是去一些券商或者外資行做一些淺層次的東西，并不具備核心競爭力， 因此我個人覺得能夠在 global 的平臺上了解宏觀金融市場，又學(xué)習(xí)一些實操技能，對我們的意義是比較大的。
從第二周開始，導(dǎo)師開始引導(dǎo)我們看金融時報的滾動新聞，跟蹤宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)行情與走勢，此外，第二周每天晚上都需要上三個小時的培訓(xùn)課程，這個培訓(xùn)課程的含金量是非常高的，收費也很貴，當(dāng)然我們都打包在項目費里面了。平均每天晚上三個小時，業(yè)務(wù)合伙人擔(dān)任講師。在培訓(xùn)的同時進(jìn)行操盤。特別喜歡Savi內(nèi)部平臺上的各種報告，包括風(fēng)險分析，投資分析，每天的日報，某幾個貨幣對的相關(guān)性分析報告等等，指導(dǎo)我們進(jìn)行交易。當(dāng)時導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)我們注冊了在線新聞概要，這個特別好，上面有很多在線新聞，包括今天一天的市場展望，每天早晚的歐元區(qū)新聞總結(jié)，北美區(qū)新聞總結(jié)等等，涉及很多交易策略和重大新聞。
這個項目好就好在，培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后的三周實習(xí)期，也不會是把我們?nèi)釉谀抢镒约鹤?mock trading，導(dǎo)師每天都會對我們進(jìn)行實例指導(dǎo),就是以金融市場實實在在發(fā)生的事情來指導(dǎo)我們?nèi)绾闻袛喾治鲂蝿?，如何交易套利，如何在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分析報告的撰寫。當(dāng)時導(dǎo)師也要求我們每三天都出具一份分析報告。我覺得導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)還是很不錯的，起碼我是比較喜歡分析師這塊的工作，畢竟一份優(yōu)秀的分析報告在國內(nèi)也是非常值錢的。能夠把所學(xué)的知識實戰(zhàn)用于實踐，感覺還是很不錯的。
工作時間為每天9:00am-5:00pm，有時候是6:00pm。下班和周末時間自行安排，當(dāng)時我會找一些在英國讀書的朋友一起逛逛,也會自己去一些地方玩玩。英倫風(fēng)還是很不錯的，倫敦是一個值得呆的地方。
Savi Trading 在交易實操和系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)這塊做得還是很不錯的，英美都有公司。關(guān)鍵是置身那樣的環(huán)境是一種不錯的體驗，大家都在干這件事情，就像你練口語的時候把自己扔進(jìn)一個純英文的環(huán)境一樣，是一種在國內(nèi)實習(xí)難以找到的感覺。此外公司的氛圍特別好，各項設(shè)備都非常先進(jìn)，有茶水間。乒乓球桌等等，公司樓下很多小吃，餐館。
我們當(dāng)時住的是附近的 apartment，環(huán)境還可以。此外在行前，也會發(fā)放一些學(xué)習(xí)材料，可以提前看看，做一些知識的儲備。
總而言之，我覺得那是一段很不錯的經(jīng)歷，不論是在知識上、技能上、對金融市場的感知上，還是在一個世界老牌資本主義國家短暫停留，工作學(xué)習(xí)，周末用腳步丈量那座城市，感知它的歷史厚重與桑田變化，以及在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下，它的陣痛與創(chuàng)新，都是讓人印象深刻及難以忘懷的。值得去一趟。
